This coffee comes from the Gayo Organic Coffee Farmers Association, the first and still the only coffee co-op from Indonesia that is Fair Trade Certified. This coffee is 100% organic, shade-grown at an altitude of approximately 1500 meters above sea level.  This coffee is pungent, full and rich with low acidity. Its deep rich bottom has a subtle sweetness on top with papaya, black cherry and chocolate notes.  Also excellent as an espresso.
