The mercury reads well below the freezing mark, but the steam that rises from our skin as we emerge from the steamy, eucalyptus-infused sauna detoxifies and energizes us. As we walk from one station to the other at the spa, we can't help but pause for a second to take in the enchanting scenery of the majestic snow-covered fir trees standing before us as far as the eye can see. A calm moment of relaxation to breathe and appreciate the colours, sounds and aromas of nature.
